TAC is a simple program to convert 256 color (8 bit) Windows Bitmaps to transparent GIF files for use in such programs as OpenVerse. This is mainly for people who don't have the expensive graphics programs, or don't know how to use the expensive graphics programs to make a transparent avatar.
